Advice
If you are a smaller business just wanting to take the time and space to sit down and think through your business objectives with the input of someone who really understands how marketing and communications fit into the picture, let us help you. For a minimum investment we can help you hone your thinking, research your market, check out your competitors, analyse your company’s strengths and weaknesses, and draft a pragmatic strategy for you to work to. Having done that, for no extra cost, we can be on the end of the phone to keep you on track. Alternatively, you may decide you need some extra help to action your plans either as project management or via retained services.
Project management
If you already have a good grasp on your marketing needs, perhaps you even have a fully staffed marketing department in house, but are planning a specific project and need temporary extra resources to make it happen, we will take the hassle off your hands, work with your team or alone and report back with the results when we have finished.
Retained services
You may decide your best option is to simply outsource some or all of your PR and marketing work on an ongoing basis. If that is the case, we will immerse ourselves in your business, being your virtual marketing or PR department, touching base as often or as little as needed but with regular activity reports and evaluation of results. Many businesses, especially in these tough times, use this route as a cost effective and flexible way to structure things in comparison with the financial commitment of providing in-house resources and having to recruit and look after those contracted employees with the skills you need.

Virtually all businesses need a good, visible, well written and designed website. If your business has one and it is as much as five years old, it is not working as hard as it should.
Once a good website is in place, thought should be given to the use of associated internet-marketing opportunities including social media, blogging, specialist directories and other links, plus judicious use of Google adwords where indicated, although this is no substitute for a well optimised website which is always the first priority.

Our aim is to ensure we create materials which will engage your audience and reinforce your brand values. We can help with everything from deciding on the format to writing engaging copy and from commissioning photography to briefing the designer, right down to selecting the best paper to print on. As we manage quite a bit of print we can probably save you money too. We make no commission on the prices quoted, using our buying power to pass on discounts to your business instead.
Direct mail - if this is a tool which works for your business – and we are experienced enough to advise you if it is – a mailing is only as good as the list quality and material sent, so make sure both are perfect by letting us help you make sure you get the best return on your investment.
